Come on. . .give us a chuckle!

This page is to get you to thinking about those funny stories or experiences you've had.  Write up to 150 words in the form below about an incident in your life that made you laugh.  You can send one story each month.  Our panel of judges will read the entries and choose a winning story for each calendar month.  The winner will win a certificate for a Zoom! in-office teeth whitening procedure.  If you don't need it, you can give it to a friend or relative.  Certificates may not be sold and they must be used within 90 days at Dr. Rick Coker's Smile Studio.  Fill out the form below for your chance to win.

CONTEST RULES:

Only one entry per person per calendar month.

Winners will be contacted by e-mail by the 10th of the following month.

Certificates will be mailed after e-mail confirmation.

Certificates may only be used by winner or someone winner 'gifts' it to.  Certificates may not be sold or they will be cancelled.

Winners will not be eligible to win another prize for one year.

Entries will be judged by a panel of judges.

Stories must not be over 150 words.
